If you have a one-off booking, you don't need to open an account with us. Booking a one-off courier is inexpensive, fast and easy.
- Step 1: Obtain a Quick Quote or go straight to User Login.
If you don't have a User ID, you will need to create one. Click on the Register link on the home page and follow the prompts, or simply obtain and Quick Quote from the Home Page and follow the prompts from there. All you need to book is an internet connection and a valid email address.
- Step 2: Enter the courier service required, goods description and address details.
Be sure to enter correct dimensions of your goods and enter any special instructions. When prompted, tell us also what you would like us to do if the receiver isn't home.
Also select your level of indemnity coverage if required.
- Step 3: Proceed to the secure payment centre.
Pay via your PayPal account or enter a valid credit card number, along with expiry date and CVN (security number). You will be emailed a receipt and tax invoice once the booking is confirmed.
- Step 4: Print off your consignment note (for freight services) or address label (for same day courier service).
Be sure to attach the consignment note or label to your goods as instructed. If you have more than one item in your consignment, you will need to attach one consignment note or label to each item. Click on the links Despatching your goods and Handy Hints for additional information.
- Step 5: Confirm your booking with us and you are done!
You will receive a courier service itinerary including estimated delivery time along with your tax invoice by email.
If you are a corporate customer or a frequent user of our services, you will most certainly want to take advantage of our Platinum service. This provide extra value adding and incentives to make doing business easier and more efficient. And everything can still be managed over the website. The benefits of the Platinum service include:

- B. Convenient Payment Plan system which means you never have to authorize a payment ever again. We simply top up your account with your nominated amount when it reaches a low balance. We issue a tax invoice and receipt each time this occurs.

- D. Bonus amount credited to your account of up to $100 per payment. You can use this bonus for any purpose related to free shipping with us.
When you Upgrade to Platinum you have the option to select one of a range of plans.
